Neenah Paper acquisition of Coldenhove Papier

Coldenhove Papier and Neenah Paper have agreed that the Dutch manufacturer of speciality papers will become a part of Neenah Paper.

Neenah Paper with its global headquarters in Alpharetta Georgia will purchase all outstanding shares of the descendants of two families as well as the shares of the incumbent management of Coldenhove Papier. The acquisition will be completed November 1st 2017.

Coldenhove Papier considers this acquisition an important step towards realising their growth strategy. Jeroen Alkemade, CEO of Coldenhove Papier, ‘Coldenhove is a strong but niche specialist in a global market that is rapidly consolidating. To successfully progress its strategic journey we have been looking for a financially strong strategic partner. Neenah Paper is a global market leader in high-end specialty media with sales in over 80 countries and with a solid understanding of the innovative strengths of Coldenhove. I am very confident that with Neenah Paper we have found the best possible partner‘.
