Change of Company Name
We hereby inform you that as of July 1st 2015 JK Group S.p.A. (“JK Group”) will be established. JK Group is the legal & administrative company to which the two brands J-Teck3 and Kiian Digital will refer. Production, Marketing, Sales & Customer Service for the two brands will be independent, and operate from different sites.
Enclosed herewith please find a communication explaining the change which will occur in our administrative and fiscal organization starting from July 1, 2015.
